Colcom has invested in and operates a fuel brokerage service where we are the titleholder and re-seller in partnership with a boutique desk that manages our relationships with nine refineries for refined oil products. Our corporate strategy could be described as "Poacher turned Gamekeeper" insofar as every penny we earn from this division is used to fund two Colcom partnership ventures:
Free energy generation: funding advanced protoype research and development into rotary, reactionless generators and other technologies that challenge conventional, centuries-old laws of physics and a fundamental misunderstanding of the laws of nature and how energy naturally wants to flow. Thereby, we reclaim energy independence from legacy systems and de-centralise power.
Free energy access: funding micro-projects in association with and warehoussed within our international PPP projects to widen local urban and rural access to free energy generation and storage methods - with the vision of unshackling whole communities from dependence upon traditional infrastructure and the huge debt typically associated with it.
SUSTAINABLE FOOD & WATER PROGRAMS
From turnkey 10,000-hectare ecosystems that rely on multiple technologies to change entire economies...
...to hydroponic, vertical micro-farms in densely populated areas that can be run as cottage industries and everything in between, Colcom supports several technological and methodological initiatives that can literally change the face of food security and sustainability, whilst de-centralising drinking water provision. We provide support to such projects both financially and with human resources, in at least 6 countries.
Next generation vertical farming: funding innovative training programs for urban vertical farming, where fresh, affordable organic produce replaces nutrient poorer imports.
Whole ecosystems: agri-business training and advanced technological delivery meet across 10,000 hectares creates a self-sufficient ecosystem, capable of turning brownfield sites and former desertified land to life.
Water desalination & purification technologies: allowing environmentally friendly and affordable access to clean drinking water without disruptive boreholes that lower local water tables.
SUSTAINABLE & AFFORDABLE HOUSING
As the world's demographic profile shifts in age and numbers, we need to address the global housing shortage in a responsible and sustainable way.
Large numbers of migrant workforce in emerging economies and the world's low-income families alike can be given the dignity and security of the opportunity to affordably own their homes.
Colcom Group and its partners support groundbreaking technologies that allow scalability of affordable, environmentally friendly housing and encourage the regeneration and formation of communities that can benefit from food and water security. By training local labour forces in simple, low-skill construction techniques, we also help create job security with ambitious global housing projects that are mindful of creating healthy communities, not the shanty-towns of the future.
